NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
- The org admin can now:
- Set a custom timeframe for automatically deleting all rej

- Allow program registrants to join a waitlist based on the program’s registration status or always.
- Use AI to optimize communicati
on message content before sending it out. - Force users to purchase all items in a
list at the required minimum quantity or apply the minimum requirement criterion to only those items that are being purchased. - Update booking payment status as refunded if refunds are made outside SportsPlus.
- Bulk upload members as campaign contributors.
- Deactivate some modules which the organization does not want to use.
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- Team staff can:
- Send message copies (CC) to parents/guardians of members.
- Send group emails only if less than 20 recipients are selected.
- Org members can:
- Add notes during bulk facility bookings.
- Access all bookings made within a single session.
- Improved visibility of the canceled & forfeited schedules across all schedule calendars.
- Expanded volunteer events and member reports with additional
columns. - Enhanced UI/UX: Team welcome message, Team workflow, Message to Teams, Shop Status, Create Invoice, and Manage Staff areas.
- Issues addressed: Standings display based on division, Printing tournament brackets. Registration dates in the online registration widget, Custom fields in the registration process, and duplicate tickets.
- The Place Order button is now disabled for 5 seconds, on load, on all checkout pages, to avoid some payment issues.
- Fixed late fee display issues across multiple areas.
